In December 2023 I joined the Developer Experience team at SignalWire! In this role, I work closely with Product, Engineering, Support, Success, and other teams to develop the following types of API documentation:

User Guides
Reference Manuals
Tutorials
Learning Materials
Style Guides
And more!
My work on this team will involve validating, testing, and reviewing APIs and SDKs to build and maintain highly usable and accurate docs. I will also facilitate documentation reviews, gather feedback, and incorporate changes.
In addition to several other high-priority projects, I am excited to continue efforts to develop and standardize processes and style guides across SignalWire's documentation, and advocate for customers and users.
In 2022 and 2023, I worked for The Bid Lab, a New York-based RFP specialist consulting firm.
As a Lead Technical Writer, I worked in many cross-functional teams including SMEs and clients. I authored technical proposals, user documentation, and style guides in an agile environment.
My role also involved conducting information-gathering interviews with experts to develop process documentation and technical responses, while effectively tracking deliverables and bridging communication gaps across cross-disciplinary teams.
Previously, I worked as an IT Technical Writer at Working America. In addition to my technical role, I furthered political communication and strategy, testing and documenting script iterations and driving a 300%+ increase in success metrics.
I have experience as a Consulting Systems Analyst, where I streamlined client intake systems, and as a Co-Founder at The People's Canvass Cooperative, where I managed various roles in system administration, payroll, and project management.
My skills encompass technical writing, Python programming, web content creation, editing, research, and project management. I have a strong background in agile methodologies and a talent for enhancing cross-functional team collaboration.
